Marketing Manager

Overview

The Marketing Manager will develop and maintain marketing strategies in accordance with organizational objectives. Marketing and Managerial responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department and in line with organizational objectives, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year.
  • Evaluate the financial aspect of the organizations marketing plan, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development, appropriations, ROI and profit loss projections.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to identify potential customers.
  • Implements marketing plan changes as needed.
  • Develops pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the organizations profits, while ensuring the organizations customers are satisfied.
  • Oversees all marketing, advertising, promotional staff and activities.
  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure sale and profitability of services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
  • Coordinate and participate in Trade Shows, working with Developers, Advertisers and Production Managers, to market products and services.

Occupational Requirements
  • 4-6 years of sales experience in the marketing industry.
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Post Secondary Education in advertising or marketing would be an asset.
  • Sales/ Marketing experience in the fitness industry would be an asset.
