Club/ Health Center Management

Overview

At Extreme Fitness, Managers oversee the critical areas of membership, personal training and nutrition sales and renewals. They are also responsible for administration/ collections, front desk operations, and babysitting within the full - service fitness Club. This role is responsible for gaining new members, improving the annual retention of existing members, managing sales team production and participating in the design of the overall and local marketing programs.

Occupational Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years experience in at least two types of sales environments, one being the fitness industry. Two years minimum working in a corporate sales environment.
  • 3 years experience leading a sales team or 5 years experience leading non-sales staff. Proven understanding of recruitment, training, and use of incentives to improve sales performance.
  • Exceptional closing skills. A strong combination of relationship skills (empathy) and an assertive persistence to always close the deal. Recognized by others as an excellent sales person.
