PERSONAL TRAINERS

Looking for some guidance to enhance your work-outs? Bored with your existing routine or feel like you have hit a plateau? Try a personal trainer. A personal trainer is coach, role model, educator who will customize a program to fit your needs, budget and schedule. Most importantly they will motivate you! Our trainers will assess your current level of fitness, consider your goals and devise an individually tailored regime to help you achieve those goals quickly and safely. We offer a number of personal training and group training packages that will be sure to meet your needs.

Training Options:

One-on-One Personal Training
Get a certified personal trainer to work with you for a one hour private session in our cardio and weight rooms. Our personal trainer with evaluate your current fitness status to design a step by step exercise program based on your individual needs and goals. Your workouts will be logged and evaluated with each session to ensure that the program is the best design for you. One-on-One person training allows your trainer to push you to meet those goals that you desire, maybe it's to lose that frosh-15 or to prepare for that varsity team that you were too afraid to try out for this year. What ever your goals may be, get a personal trainer to work and motivate you to reach your personal goals.


Two-on-One Personal Training

Get our personal trainer to work with you and a friend for a one hour session in our weight and cardio rooms. Our personal trainer will evaluate both of your current fitness levels to design a program for each of you, based on your individual needs and goals. Each workout will be logged and evaluated with each session to ensure that the program is the best design individually. Two-on-One allows you and a friend to work out together but also have the motivation, direction and intensity from your trainer.

Small Group-on-One
Get our certified personal trainer to work with you and up to three other friends for a one hour session. It is suggested that you all have similar goals. Our personal Trainer will evaluate each of your current fitness levels and design individual workout programs. These workouts may take place in weight room, cardio room or aerobic studio. Each participant will be motivated to at there own level by the trainer with individual attention for all focusing on each need and goal.

Goal Setting
Why work out? What are your goals? What are the goals for today?
Goal setting is an hour seminar that talks about the benefits, purpose and reason for goal setting. It is a hands on seminar that allows the participants to think about there goals and the meaning behind each goal. This is an hour seminar. Great for small groups! Call to book anytime.

Introduction to Gym Equipment

"Ahhhhhhhhhhh the gym!" Are you one of those people that would love to start working out but have no idea how to use any of the gym equipment? Do you have night mares about pushing the wrong buttons on those cardio machines? Well no worries, we are no offering some assistance. Fitness Assessment
Learn where your current fitness level stands right now. Find out your fitness profile; flexibility, strength, resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, and so much more. Take an hour out of your time and find out where you stand. Get some tips towards your workout goals and get back on track. The assessment is based on the Canadian Physical fitness and lifestyle appraisal (CPAFLA). All results are kept confidential between participant and trainer.
